The Day of DotNetNuke in Orlando is actually located in one of the suburb areas of Orlando, known as Sanford, FL. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, it’s about 20-30 minutes northeast of the Orlando airport. For those of you who are flying in, you can arrive to the event at the Sanford International Airport (SFB), Orlando International Airport (OIA/MCO), or the Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB). The event is being held at the Seminole State College in Sanford.
Speaker Registration
The speaker registration already opened a while ago. However, the window to submit your sessions is closing fast! The speaker registration ends on March 1st.
Our brothers and sisters at the Orlando .Net User Group (ONETUG) that run the Orlando Code Camp were very kind to let us co-locate with their event. So don’t be surprised with the site.
Event Agenda
Pre-Party Date: March 25, 2011
Event Date: March 26, 2011
The actual agenda for the day of events will come in the near future. This is really a two day event for many, but definitely a full day and night event for the average attendee. Volunteers, Sponsors, and Speakers will enjoy a pre-party the night before the event. Then there will be a post-event party that will immediately follow the conclusion of the event.
Plan for the event to begin around 8:00-8:30 AM EST, but that time may change when the official agenda is released.

The folks at the Seminole State College are simply some of the best hosts for any code camp type event that you could hope for. They do an outstanding job of accommodating our needs.

Official Hotel
This year, the official hotel for the event is the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary. This is a great hotel, about a 5-10 minute drive from the venue. Not only is the hotel the official place to stay, but you will also find nearly all of the speakers and attendees there with you. It’s very conveniently located, and they gave us a fantastic rate!
